The flames danced among the Liberty decorations, the aromas filled our salon, and the music accompanied an evening that combined showmanship, gastronomy, and atmosphere into a unique sensory experience.
More than 120 guests experienced Essenza Flambé, a dinner show that demonstrated how a historic venue can transform into the stage for exclusive and unforgettable events.
Not just a dinner, but an immersive experience where every detail was designed to surprise.
Show cooking in the Liberty Halls
Three live cooking stations animated the spaces of the Caffè Storico, turning the preparation of dishes into an open-air performance.
At every corner, guests discovered new flambé creations: pasta dishes enveloped in flames, main courses prepared on the spot, and a grand finale with Crêpes Suzette, which closed the tasting on a sweet note.
A menu entirely prepared by our staff was enriched with a buffet appetizer and a selection of wines, prosecco, and fragolino served alongside dessert.
Each dish was crafted in front of the guests, transforming the kitchen into a performance and the venue into a true theatre of taste.
Musica and Atmosphere
A live DJ set accompanied the entire evening, creating the perfect soundtrack for an event that blended elegance and modern flair.
Soft lighting enhanced the frescoes by Giulio Bargellini and Maria Biseo, while the antique mirrors reflected the glow of our chefs’ flambé creations, multiplying the magic throughout the room.
